Chevalier Charles Coulombe on Reviving Conservatism

This may very well be the most powerful video of the Chevalier's that I've ever posted! The questioner asks what can be done to revive conservatism in the face of the liberal, progressive State. Charles, speaking as a historian, essentially says that there is no hope on the national level, that the institutions of government will inevitably collapse. He suggests that rather than wasting time and energy on the federal and state levels, we should be concentrating on the local level. As he says if we make our cities and towns, healthy, we will have health counties, and eventually healthy states, so that when the collapse comes, there will be a local base from which to start rebuilding.
