A very profound video. The questioner asks the Chevalier to whom he should be loyal, being a resident of Yonkers, NY and subject to the jurisdiction of the United States. In answering, Charles touches on several Houses and why one might 'adopt' them. He also points out that the US has no monarchical history of a single dynasty, since parts of American territory have been ruled in the past by French Bourbons, English Stuarts and Hanoverians, Spanish Habsburgs and Bourbons, the House of Orange of Holland and others. He does not mention the Romanovs ruling Alaska, nor does he mention the Kingdom of Hawaii, overthrown with the help of the US Marine Corps.
