Friday next is the anniversary of the martyrdom of Ss Edmund Campion, Polydore Plasden, and their Companions of the English Martyrs.

During this dark time, when the Church is besieged on all sides - and from within - by the enemies of Christ, let us draw inspiration from the English martyrs who endured to the end.
This coming Friday, December 10th is the anniversary of the glorious deaths of Sts. Edmund Gennings and Poydore Plasden. May they pray for us.
