Because to Question Vatican II Is To Be a Racist

'I was going to comment, but I realized nothing I could say would make it look worse or less charitable than it already does.'

Says so right here:

Yep.  I was going to comment, but I realized nothing I could say would make it look worse or less charitable than it already does.

  1. Well perhaps I, as a Canadian without a dog in your civil war war, can fill the comment void. Father Wilkinson's comments remind me that his ilk are of the failed 1960/70s theological school of progressive thought that has birthed Catastrophic decline in practicing Catholics, a 50% unbelief in the Real Presence, massive desertion of religious from their solemn vows, homosexual orgies in the Vatican, and support for abortions, gay marriage and doctor assisted killing.

I would add that it is the so called progressive left that today champions "separate but equal" policies, foments racial hatred via critical race theory and is trying to crush Catholic Tradition on the basis of a faux unity of liturgical practice that runs contrary to the historical approach of the Church. (I'm a novus ordo Catholic by the way.) It is the progressives who are reinforcing failure.

Father might respond that I'm being unfair to him and his ilk. As you sow, so shall you reap, eh.

Comments are subject to deletion if they are not germane. I have no problem with a bit of colourful language, but blasphemy or depraved profanity will not be allowed. Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks! Note the lower case 'r'!), attacks on the legitimacy of Pope Francis as the Vicar of Christ (I know he's a material heretic and a Protector of Perverts, and I definitely want him gone yesterday! However, he is Pope, and I pray for him every day.), the legitimacy of the House of Windsor or of the claims of the Elder Line of the House of France, or attacks on the legitimacy of any of the currently ruling Houses of Europe.
