Battle of the Boyne Day

Today is the 328th anniversary of the Battle of the Boyne, where the forces of Satan allied with the heretics, Dutch bankers, and the revolutionary forces of the Deformation defeated the last Catholic King of England, Scotland, and Ireland, James VII&II. This guaranteed that his impious daughter Mary and her husband the Dutch usurper William, and their successors could continue to grind the Catholic Irish under the iron heel of the Anglican Ascendancy and would lead directly to the genocide of the Famine.

To this day, the scum descended from those evil men, known as the Orange Order, march in celebration of the triumph of Satan, attacking the Church of Christ, His Priests, and His People!

Whilst I am no Jacobite today, had I lived in his reign, I'd have gladly marched with King James!

(In England) His Majesty James the Second, by the Grace of God, King of EnglandScotlandFrance and IrelandDefender of the Faith, etc.

(In Scotland) His Majesty James the Seventh, by the Grace of God, King of Scotland, England, France and Ireland, Defender of the Faith, etc.

The life in pictures of HM King James VII of Scotland and II of England. Son of the martyred King Charles I and younger brother of King Charles II he came to the throne of the 3 kingdoms in 1685 when his brother died with no legitimate heirs. He started out on shaky ground as there had long been attempts by the Protestants at court to have him excluded from the succession following his conversion to Catholicism but his brother refused. James II would be the last Catholic to sit on the British throne. He defeated a republican attempt at rebellion led by the Duke of Monmouth but he encouraged the wrath of powerful Protestants by his efforts to enact religious toleration and his promotion of Catholics. After the birth of his son he was overthrown in 1688 by a Protestant coup after an invasion by the Dutch led by his son-in-law William of Orange. He tried to restore himself first in the Kingdom of Ireland but was defeated at the epic battle of the Boyne. He spent the rest of his life in exile.

Comments are subject to deletion if they are not germane. I have no problem with a bit of colourful language, but blasphemy or depraved profanity will not be allowed. Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks! Note the lower case 'r'!), attacks on the legitimacy of Pope Francis as the Vicar of Christ (I know he's a material heretic and a Protector of Perverts, and I definitely want him gone yesterday! However, he is Pope, and I pray for him every day.), the legitimacy of the House of Windsor or of the claims of the Elder Line of the House of France, or attacks on the legitimacy of any of the currently ruling Houses of Europe.
