SEXT. The part of the Divine Office that is said at the sixth hour, that is, about midday. Depending on the time of day, the one reciting the office has a choice of saying Terce, Sext, or None.

All three Day Hours are still required of Religious chanting or saying the Office in common, even under the lax rubrics of McOffice. Again, the 'Midday Hour' sadly totally destroys the ancient structure of the Sevenfold Office based on the Psalmist.
