Mass Clock and Prayer if Unable To Attend Daily Mass
Comments are subject to deletion if they are not germane. I have no problem with a bit of colourful language, but blasphemy or depraved profanity will not be allowed. Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks! Note the lower case 'r'!), attacks on the legitimacy of Pope Francis as the Vicar of Christ (I know he's a material heretic and a Protector of Perverts, and I definitely want him gone yesterday! However, he is Pope, and I pray for him every day.), the legitimacy of the House of Windsor or of the claims of the Elder Line of the House of France, or attacks on the legitimacy of any of the currently ruling Houses of Europe.
Regrettably, every profession under the sun has a handful of completely possessed individuals who’ll proceed to bring their respected work to utter DISGRACE. Consider if you will, the many professions of man: Medicine, Nursing and Teaching to name a few, and all the individuals who have sullied the noble work of soooo many in these professions, yet we find the capacity within ourselves to focus on the good among them!!! So the church, IN SPITE OF THE GUIDANCE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, is run by individuals, hence she too, cannot escape the phenomenon of those with contrary motives! What’s more, looking back to the very time of Christ himself, there were seedy and even treacherous individuals then too!!!! Please recall the verse the bids us “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.” We know the authentic followers of Jesus by their goodness and love. The Catholic Church remains at the heart of so much good not just in times past, but to our present day as well. The church cannot escape the crisis of the times, and like the host of other professions/vocations dealing with the crisis, caused by the few, but proceeding to defame the many, they too must clean house. Bravo to the many men and women who have remained faithful and steadfast and dedicated to their work in so many professions inundated by disgrace – especially the plethora of outstanding men and women serving the Catholic Church.ReplyDelete
Eternal Father, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I wish to unite myself with Jesus, now offering His Precious Blood in (name of country) in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass for the needs of Holy Church, the conversion of sinners, the relief of the souls in Purgatory, and for the special grace I here implore.ReplyDelete
