He is now a union carpenter, but for a long time, he was a school custodian. Here are two posts from his Facebook page on a bit of news he got.

Live life with purpose.+++++++My old school composted the most out of all schools that compost. I personally composted more food than any other educational participant in an organized composting program in the entire nation. When they hit me with that factoid, it blew my mind. I am the best in the nation at something, even if it is just facilitating a waste recovery project.And my homegirl, Maddie, is the bomb and keeping things going while I'm gone.I made a difference.A huge difference.
