When Trads attack heretic Bishops we're horrible schismatics. Jimmy-Boy Martin? Well, he's Francis's fair-haired boy, so it's OK when he does it.

(LifeSiteNews) – Dissident Jesuit priest Fr. James Martin has taken to social media to slate a bishop in South Dakota for releasing a set of pastoral guidelines defending the faith against the radical LGBT agenda.
Quoting Bishop Donald DeGrood of the Diocese of Sioux Falls’ pastoral guidelines which ban Catholic students from advocating, celebrating and expressing “same-sex attraction” and transgenderism, Martin said “people should be able to, and encouraged to, ‘celebrate’ who they are and, more importantly, how God made them, including LGBTQ people.”
“This is an essential part of a healthy spirituality for anyone,” added the priest in his series of posts on Tuesday. “This is crucial for young people, and especially for LGBTQ youth, who feel, thanks to statements like the one above, ignored, rejected, condemned, marginalized and completely unwelcome in their own church.”

Continuing, Martin rebuked the idea that we always “have to call out sin” by saying, “But where is the sin in a young person who is in no sexual relationship, and is far too young to even contemplate marriage, to say, even publicly, ‘God made me this way [homosexual] and I am good?’”
Part of Bishop DeGrood’s guidelines include a statement saying the proper Catholic term for “homosexuality” is “same-sex attraction,” to which Martin claims that “communities have the right to name themselves…To use outdated and offensive terms like ‘same-sex attraction’ is the opposite of the ‘respect’ that the Catechism calls for.”
“To persist in using outmoded terms is disrespectful,” he wrote. “Besides, the Vatican, the Synod of Bishops, and various cardinals and bishops, have been using [the term] ‘LGBT’ for some time…”
While it is true that a growing number of dissident clergymen – including bishops and cardinals – continue to obfuscate the Church’s infallible teaching on homosexuality and transgenderism, the truth remains that the Catechism of the Catholic Church plainly states that same-sex attraction “is objectively disordered” while stressing that God creates every human person male or female.
“Each of them, man and woman, should acknowledge and accept his sexual identity,” the Catechism insists.
Martin – who was just re-appointed by Pope Francis to another five-year term as a consultor for the Vatican’s Dicastery for Communication – has a long history of making heretical and disturbing statements.
Earlier this year, Martin went so far as referring to God as “Her,” while attacking the male concept of God as evidence of “damaging… patriarchal cultures.”
Martin has also made statements that appear to minimize the gravely immoral nature of early-term abortion and the administration of transgender puberty blockers to children.

Comments are subject to deletion if they are not germane. I have no problem with a bit of colourful language, but blasphemy or depraved profanity will not be allowed. Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks! Note the lower case 'r'!), attacks on the legitimacy of Pope Francis as the Vicar of Christ (I know he's a material heretic and a Protector of Perverts, and I definitely want him gone yesterday! However, he is Pope, and I pray for him every day.), the legitimacy of the House of Windsor or of the claims of the Elder Line of the House of France, or attacks on the legitimacy of any of the currently ruling Houses of Europe.
