As ordered by the Bishops of England and Wales before the Council and still used with the TLM.
V. O Lord, save Charles our King.
R. And hear us in the day when we call upon Thee.
Let us pray.
We beseech Thee, almighty God, that Thy servant Charles our King, who has been called by Thy mercy to rule over this kingdom, may also receive from Thee an increase of all virtues. Fittingly adorned with these, may he be able to shun all evildoing, (in time of war: to conquer his enemies) and, finally, being well pleasing before Thee, together with his consort and the royal family, attain unto Thee who art the Way, the Truth and the Life. Through Christ Our Lord.
R. Amen.

Comments are subject to deletion if they are not germane. I have no problem with a bit of colourful language, but blasphemy or depraved profanity will not be allowed. Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks! Note the lower case 'r'!), attacks on the legitimacy of Pope Leo XIV as the Vicar of Christ, the legitimacy of the House of Windsor or of the claims of the Elder Line of the House of France, or attacks on the legitimacy of any of the currently ruling Houses of Europe.
