BBC Mocks Genocide of Catholics

Well, what do you expect from the Bolshevik Broadcasting Corporation? The Kirk of Scotland is, historically, violently anti-Catholic.

From Catholic Arena

The British Broadcasting Corporation have used the occasion of the Queen's death to air an incredible piece of television in which a number of Protestant presenters LAUGHED at the genocide of Catholics in Scotland.

Martin Geissler, a self confessed fan of sectarian football club Hearts FC, was commenting on Queen Elizabeth II's death on BBC when he and his copresenters appeared to break into laughter over the sectarian cleansing of Scotland during the so-called ‘Reformation’.

When the name of John Knox was brought up, it was said 'The Great Protestant Reformer, who cleared the Catholics out of Scotland’. The reply was ‘That’s how history remembers him’ before the three presenters, one of whom was female, laughed aggressively in a sinister fashion.

In a half hearted ‘apology’ the BBC today issued a generic reply to the hundreds of complaints that it had received:

“Thank you for contacting us about comments, and the reaction to them in the studio, about the Scottish presbyterian John Knox made during our live coverage of the cortège carrying the coffin of HM Queen Elizabeth II to Edinburgh, 11 September.

“We are sorry for the offence caused by this unscripted exchange.

“Your concerns have been included in our overnight report. These reports are among the most widely read sources of feedback at the BBC, and help inform our future editorial judgements. Our apologies once again.”

It is a cliche to say, but if one were to do this about any other group, Jews, Muslims or even say British people in Northern Ireland, imagine the repercussions.

Yet here we are in 2022 and the BBC can use the taxes of Catholics to laugh at their murder.

Comments are subject to deletion if they are not germane. I have no problem with a bit of colourful language, but blasphemy or depraved profanity will not be allowed. Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks! Note the lower case 'r'!), attacks on the legitimacy of Pope Francis as the Vicar of Christ (I know he's a material heretic and a Protector of Perverts, and I definitely want him gone yesterday! However, he is Pope, and I pray for him every day.), the legitimacy of the House of Windsor or of the claims of the Elder Line of the House of France, or attacks on the legitimacy of any of the currently ruling Houses of Europe.
