I watched as 'synodality' of exactly this sort destroyed the Anglican Communion. Now the modernists are trying to do the same to the Church of Jesus Christ!

Synod on Synodality participants in Luxembourg also expressed that 'the Church must acknowledge her errors and question herself.'
LUXEMBOURG (LifeSiteNews) – The Catholic Church should be open to homosexual “marriage” and female preachers according to participants in the diocesan phase of the Synod on Synodality in the Archdiocese of Luxembourg.
The results of a diocese-wide survey containing suggestions on what the Church should do according to thousands of Luxembourgish Catholics was released on July 5 in a 37-page report. About 4,590 of the estimated 439,000 Catholics in Luxembourg participated in the synodal process.
The report was prepared by a two-person team, and it was noted that not many participants expressed beliefs “against the acceptance of the divorced and remarried … the acceptance of homosexuality, and the abolition of priestly celibacy.”
The document is organized into sections entitled “Communion,” “Participation,” and “Mission,” with each section containing three subsections entitled “Towards the future,” “Diocese,” and “The Universal Church.”
Under the Universal Church subsection in the Communion section, the documents states: “The Church needs a change of view on homosexuality, to open up to marriage for all.”
Furthermore, the same section adds that the “obligation of celibacy for priests” must be changed as well.
Respondents expressed their concern about the role of women in the Church and suggested that the “service of preaching” be open to female and male laypeople.
It was also written that “the Church must acknowledge her errors and question herself.”
Some participants opined that “the dogmas and some traditions can contribute to a loss of spirituality.”
Regarding participation, some Luxembourgish Catholics asserted that it was necessary to “overcome a rigidity … so that the liturgy becomes more alive.”
The Archbishop of Luxembourg is Cardinal Jean-Claude Hollerich, SJ, a prelate who will have a significant role when the bishops gather in Rome for the culmination of Synod on Synodality endeavor in October 2023.
Hollerich, the relator general of the Synod on Synodality, has gone on record saying that Church teaching on homosexuality is “false” and that the “foundation of this teaching is no longer correct.”
The cardinal has in the past expressed a “great respect” for the German “Synodal Way,” which was partly rebuked by the Vatican amid fears that the German process would lead to a formal schism with Rome.
In an interview with a Luxembourg media outlet released on July 25, Hollerich stated: “We are in a huge civilizational change. And our whole theology, everything that is dear and sacred to us, in Christianity and in the Catholic Church, hangs together with a civilization that is about to disappear. People no longer understand what we say or what we say at theological meetings. And there will have to be a lot of changes.”

Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks! Note the lower case 'r'!), attacks on the legitimacy of Pope Francis as the Vicar of Christ (I know he's a material heretic and a Protector of Perverts, and I definitely want him gone yesterday! However, he is Pope, and I pray for him every day.), the legitimacy of the House of Windsor or of the claims of the Elder Line of the House of France, or attacks on the legitimacy of any of the currently ruling Houses of Europe.
