Sign the CitizensGo petition called, "BC Human Rights Complaint Jeopardizes Free Speech" and help to defend human rights and the freedom of speech in Canada. Here the background information:
Dec. 11th to the 14th, Bill Whatcott will be defending himself before the BC Human Rights Tribunal concerning a complaint filed by "Ms." Morgane Oger, the vice-president of the BC NDP.
During the last election, Bill circulated flyers that revealed Oger's true biological identity and past life as a male. These flyers also shared the Biblical and scientific truth of our human gender identity: God created us male and female - and it is impossible to switch from one to the other. Oger objected to these flyers and complained that they were an "attack", exposing him and other transgender individuals to hatred.
Whether one agrees or disagrees with transgenderism and its underlying gender theory, we cannot allow the BC Human Rights Tribunal to close all debate on the subject. It is not up to this quasi-judicial body to decide which groups of people do and do not enjoy freedom of expression and religion. We all have the right to share our sincerely-held beliefs - whether other people like it or not.Without that right, we are no longer a democracy but a dictatorship!Readers may sign the petition here. This is the wording of the petition:
Dismiss the Complaint Against Bill Whatcott
To: BC Human Rights Tribunal
Re: Case# 16408 (Oger v. Whatcott)
In the case of Oger v. Whatcott, I ask that the complaint against Mr. Whatcott be dismissed immediately.
Mr. Whatcott freely admits producing flyers that identify the complainant's biological sex. He did this to provide the voting public with information about a public figure running for public office. The public has a right to know about the lives and backgrounds of those who are elected to represent them. This is necessary for a free and open society to function.
Mr. Whatcott's further comments on transgenderism are based both in scientific fact and in his Christian faith. Science has shown that it is impossible to truly change one's biological sex, and the Bible teaches it is sinful to try. The complainant may be personally offended by these statements, but they are a far cry from being an attack on anyone's dignity, feelings, reputation, or self-respect, as the complainant asserts.
Mr. Whatcott produced his flyer not as an act of hatred or hostility, but out of concern for the truth, for God's Word, and for the complainant's eternal soul.
If an ordinary citizen is no longer free to express his beliefs, opinions, and thoughts, especially when those are well-grounded in science and Christian tradition, then our society is no longer truly free. Our human rights code must never be used as an instrument of suppression, but rather as a force for freedom and liberation for all.
Sincerely,
[Your Name]Do spread the word to family and friends so that they can sign it as well. If we do nothing about the restrictions being placed on free speech and human rights in Canada, who will? Bill Whatcott didn't do anything wrong. This case shouldn't even be before the Human Rights Tribunal. Sick individuals are determining what people can say and do. Where's the freedom of speech and thought? One side is free to criticize but the other is not. Throw this frivolous case out and disban all Human Rights Commisions across the country. They are doing more harm than good. What a waste of taxpayer money and other resources.

Comments are subject to deletion if they are not germane. I have no problem with a bit of colourful language, but blasphemy or depraved profanity will not be allowed. Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks! Note the lower case 'r'!), attacks on the legitimacy of Pope Francis as the Vicar of Christ (I know he's a material heretic and a Protector of Perverts, and I definitely want him gone yesterday! However, he is Pope, and I pray for him every day.), the legitimacy of the House of Windsor or of the claims of the Elder Line of the House of France, or attacks on the legitimacy of any of the currently ruling Houses of Europe.
