    I wonder, as the Pope could pass soon, or resigns, who is most likely to succeed him?

      David, unfortunately, Francis has packed the College of Cardinals with modernists and heretics just like himself. I expect the next Pope to be Francis 2.0. He has appointed almost the two-thirds majority needed to elect his successor and there are still members of the Sankt Gallen Mafia, who engineered his election in 2013, young enough to vote.
