A friend of mine on Facebook left this comment on this post regarding ignoring laws like Traditionis Custodes.

Funny thing about people who write unlawful laws. When some moral pervert elected into federal office created a gun registry in Canada thirty or so years ago, and passed laws banning certain firearms completely, it seems that all the other moral perverts who thought like him rejoiced.
3 decades later, and what do you know? While cleaning up in the shop, me and a buddy realized that we still keep forgetting to register all of them.
Must have slipped my mind.
And the minds of 18 million other Canadian firearms owners.
Of course, the gun registry and its laws are gone now, along with the moral pervert that made them up. No doubt, the ever-present "threat" of new laws is always there. But the ability to implement them on a supportive populace never was and never will be there.
Funny thing about Lutheran popes and bishops. They seem to think that they can write orders and laws to ban all of the Catholic stuff they hate, including the TLM. They seize control of properties and declare ownership of them, and say, you can't come in here and do Catholic stuff anymore.
As if the buildings called churches were more valuable than the Catholic stuff they chucked out of them, and the Catholic people who make them.
So when Catholic people, their Catholic stuff, and their Catholic skills and Catholic money move on somewhere else, these buildings called churches get empty. They are very expensive to keep and maintain without Catholic People and Catholic money making it easy.
Government funding only lasts so long. Thirty pieces of silver - or billions of dollars, yen, or euros -- doesn't stretch forever.
No doubt, the ever-present "threat" of new laws is always there. But the ability to implement them on a supportive populace never was and never will be there.
I'm not angry with the Canadian politicians , moral perverts and sniveling cowards of my country.
I'm not angry at any of the Lutheran popes and bishops pretending to be Catholic.
You can't keep getting angry at someone trying to suck the life out of you if you keep handing them the straw.
So I don't, and I won't.

Comments are subject to deletion if they are not germane. I have no problem with a bit of colourful language, but blasphemy or depraved profanity will not be allowed. Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks! Note the lower case 'r'!), attacks on the legitimacy of Pope Francis as the Vicar of Christ (I know he's a material heretic and a Protector of Perverts, and I definitely want him gone yesterday! However, he is Pope, and I pray for him every day.), the legitimacy of the House of Windsor or of the claims of the Elder Line of the House of France, or attacks on the legitimacy of any of the currently ruling Houses of Europe.
