Amen, Pope Francis, the Lord "Wants a Change"

So the Lord has changed His mind? He wants a change in the Divine Constitution He gave His Church? The mind reels at the supreme arrogance or abysmal ignorance of this man!

Was he not required to study theology on his journey to the Priesthood, or did he just sleep through his classes? The most basic theology works explain the immutability of God, his unchangeableness.

Did he not read Scripture? St James 1:17 says, 'Every best gift, and every perfect gift, is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no change, nor shadow of alteration', and there are many more such statements in Holy Writ,

God does not change his mind! The only 'change' God wants is for Francis and his toadies to become  Catholic!

From Gloria.tv

"The Lord wants a change in the Church”, Pope Francis told 28 Jesuits he met in Vilnius nunciature during his trip to the Baltic states (LaCiviltaCattolica.com, October 17).

Unsurprisingly, Francis repeated the mantra that "clericalism" is a perversion of the Church [but what is "clericalism"?].

Francis believes that the [failed] Second Vatican Council with its People-of-God ideology is the solution and not the root of the problem [Since this council the "People of God" has largely vanished].

Nevertheless Francis is unflinching, "Historians tell us that it takes 100 years for a Council to be applied. We are halfway there."

As an alternative to such a frightening perspective, Francis should remember that "the Lord wants a change".

Comments are subject to deletion if they are not germane. I have no problem with a bit of colourful language, but blasphemy or depraved profanity will not be allowed. Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks! Note the lower case 'r'!), attacks on the legitimacy of Pope Francis as the Vicar of Christ (I know he's a material heretic and a Protector of Perverts, and I definitely want him gone yesterday! However, he is Pope, and I pray for him every day.), the legitimacy of the House of Windsor or of the claims of the Elder Line of the House of France, or attacks on the legitimacy of any of the currently ruling Houses of Europe.
