Saint of the Day — Teresa of Ávila — October 15th
And, to close out her Feast Day, a video about Sta Teresa. One glaring error, however! Sta Teresa and San Juan de la Cruz did not found the Carmelite Order! They started a reformed branch which became independent of the already centuries old Order of the Brethren of Our Lady of Mount Carmel (O.Carm.) as the Order of Discalced Carmelites (O.C.D)
