One Million Page Views! Thank you!

'Musings of an Old Curmudgeon' now has one million page views!

So, I would like to thank all my readers! Your health, salvation, and intentions are in my daily prayers. I'd also like to thank all those who share my posts on Facebook and other social media, and those other bloggers who list 'Musings' in their blogroll, especially my good friend, Vox Cantoris, whose blogroll lists, in real time, the title and introduction of every post I make.

Being curious, I calculated how many days it has taken to reach a million. It turns out that this blog began 994 days ago, so it's been averaging just a tad over 1,000 page views per day. Over those 994 days, I've averaged just over 17 posts per day, but the page views per post have varied widely. The average views per post is just under 60, but considering that my post Stalin's Daughter Died a Catholic garnered over 15,000 page views (it got picked up by an international Catholic news site) there are many with very few views. I wish I knew how to predict the popular posts!

At any rate, thank you again to all my friends and readers who have helped Musings reach a million page views! Please pray for me as I pray for all of you.

Comments are subject to deletion if they are not germane. I have no problem with a bit of colourful language, but blasphemy or depraved profanity will not be allowed. Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks! Note the lower case 'r'!), attacks on the legitimacy of Pope Leo XIV as the Vicar of Christ, the legitimacy of the House of Windsor or of the claims of the Elder Line of the House of France, or attacks on the legitimacy of any of the currently ruling Houses of Europe.
