My Eye Problems Have Returned
Many years ago, I had a cataract removed from my right eye. I now have one, not yet ready for surgery, in my left eye. As a result my right eye is my 'good' eye. However, every so often, for some reason, the sight in the right eye becomes so blurry that I can basically only see light and dark, and discern movement with it. Without my right eye, I have difficulty reading or seeing what I'm typing.
As a result, until my sight returns to normal there will be fewer posts. I will endeavour to post all my 'regular' posts, including at 01.00 and 12.00, but other than that I don't know.
I ask you, of your charity, to say a prayer to St Lucy, Patroness of eye problems, for me.

Comments are subject to deletion if they are not germane. I have no problem with a bit of colourful language, but blasphemy or depraved profanity will not be allowed. Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks! Note the lower case 'r'!), attacks on the legitimacy of Pope Leo XIV as the Vicar of Christ, the legitimacy of the House of Windsor or of the claims of the Elder Line of the House of France, or attacks on the legitimacy of any of the currently ruling Houses of Europe.
I do indeed wish you a speedy recovery. I also have cataracts on both eyes & find it difficult to write & do tasks for any length of time. I was concerned also about the lens they would replace mine with as I am highly allergic to anything 'foreign' in my system. I didn't realise St. Lucy was the patron saint of eyesight so now I'll be praying to her to fix us both with 20/20 eyesight.
ReplyDeleteYes I will pray for you and the excellent Ana Milan. God bless both of you and your eyes!
