Church Attacks and Self Defence

A few days ago, I shared a post talking about the Right to Keep and Bear Arms and the necessity of Catholic men being prepared to defend our Churches, our holy shrines, and our coreligionists. To give you an idea of the spread of violence over the last weeks, here is a link to an Interactive Map of Attacks on Catholics.

The attacks have ranged from beheading and otherwise defacing statues, to a blatant arson attack on an occupied Church and highly suspicious fires in other Churches, including one of St Junipero Serra's famed Missions, to actual physical attacks on Catholics praying the Rosary in St Louis, as well as threats to the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Louis in the same city, and calls for the destruction of images of our Lord as a White man.

A number of years ago, because I foresaw exactly what is happening today, I tried to organise a group of Catholic men to be prepared to protect our Churches. When I mentioned it on Catholic sites, I was met with horror. I was a paranoid wing-nut. I was trying to organise a 'right-wing militia'. We were safe and such a group would never be needed. Needless to say, the idea remained just that, an idea. So, now, years later, when such an organisation is much needed, it's still an idea that needs to be acted on.

I have conservative, Trad leaning friends who still refuse to see the handwriting on the wall, deluding themselves that these acts are just a 'fringe' movement. They refuse to recognise the fact that this is a revolution, often manned by what Lenin called 'useful idiots', but begun and organised by hard core Marxists who are determined to destroy what remains of our Græco-Roman Catholic civilisation and culture.

The problem is that we are long past the possibility of actually organising something such as I had had in mind all those years ago. We would be absolutely opposed by the majority of our Bishops. Some of them because they are weak-kneed, yellow-bellied, lily-livered, effeminate cowards, and some because they are traitors to Christ and His Mystical Body and are actively serving Satan by their support of the revolution.

Maybe the answer is what an online acquaintance of mine did, 

In 2015, after the massacre at the Protestant church in Charlotte, I roused myself to organize armed volunteer watchmen at our small Catholic Church. After five of us laymen set up our nascent watch structure, I informed our pastor we had done so. I told him we were not asking permission. 

What do I suggest? Remember that the Hebrew צבאות‎, translated Sábaoth in Latin as in the Sanctus, 'Sanctus, Sanctus, Sanctus Dóminus, Deus Sábaoth', means 'hosts' or 'armies'. Invoke the Crusader Saints, put on the Armour of God, and trust in the Lord God of Armies to be your protection and your strong right arm as you do whatever you can for the virtuous self-defence of our Churches, shrines, and coreligionists.
