Marian Shrines of the World # 9: St. Mary of the Angels of the Portiuncula
August 2nd is the feast day of St. Mary of the Angels of the Portiuncula, near Assisi, Italy. It was this small church which St. Francis rebuilt and where he established his first community of followers. Join Fr. Andre as he details the story of this beautiful Marian Shrine.
