Word of the Day: Habitual Intention
HABITUAL INTENTION. A decision of the will to attain a given end, but
the decision does not influence a particular act. A habitual intention implies
that a person has previously intended to do something and has not retracted
his intention, but the act he now performs is not done in virtue of that intention.
