The logical outcome when man in his ὕβρις attempts to change the Law of God!
An Argentine man legally changed his gender so he could retire earlier, according to a Thursday report.
Sergio, 59, an Argentine tax official, legally changed the last letter of his name to Sergia, assuming the identity of a woman, so he could retire five years early, the Daily Nation reported. Argentine law allows women to retire at 60 while men have to wait until they are 65 years old. Their legislation also states a woman can retire at age 65 — the same as the age of a man — but they will receive a higher pension, according to the United States Social Security Administration’s website.
Argentina’s gender identity law, which was approved May 8, 2012, also noted the new name an individual takes must be respected, Transgender Europe reported. Argentina also allows people to legally change their gender without any type of sex reassignment surgery, according to InformateSalta.
“This is a clear case of abuse of misuse of retirement rights and of the law on gender identity,” Salta Province civil registry head Matias Assennato said.
The Salta Province is in Northwestern Argentina, according to Encyclopedia Britannica.
