According to the Apostolic Penitentiary, a partial indulgence is granted to those who, on the feast of any Saint, recite in his honour the oration of the Missal or any other approved by legitimate Authority.

Let us pray.
O God, Thou didst inspire Louis-Marie to undertake the apostolic mission of preaching the Gospel of Christ, Thy Son, to all people. Aided by his prayers and taught by the Virgin Mary, grant that we may be open to the inspiration of Thy Spirit, attentive to the cries of the poor, and so become untiring messengers of Thy Reign.
