Cardinal De Fleury - The last BIG Cardinal
André Hercule de Fleury, Bishop of Fréjus and Archbishop of Aix was born on 22 June 1653 in Lodève and died on 29 January 1743 in Issy-les-Moulineaux. He was a French statesman and the Prime Minister of the young King Louis XV from 1726 to 1743.
