Remember a couple of years ago when prominent theologians and scholars signed an 'open letter' asking the Episcopate to investigate Francis for heresy? More are asking to sign it after his 'civil union' remarks.
Just a reminder: In April of last year, nearly 100 priests and scholars asked the bishops of the world to investigate Pope Francis's multiple statements for potential heresy. Just the other day, two more wanted to sign, after the pope's remarks:

Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks!
