To put this into perspective, Rotherham is in the South Yorkshire Police Authority area. You know, the Rotherham where 1,400 English girls between the ages of 11 and 16 were groomed, pimped, passed around, and raped by 'Asian' (the euphemism used for Muslim) gangs, with immunity because South Yorkshire Police and other agencies were afraid of being called 'racist'!
Whilst they obviously can't protect young white girls from being raped by Muslims, they have plenty of time to take reports on insults that are not 'hate crimes'!
