Brazilian Bishop Speaks In Masonic Lodge

How long, O Lord, how long? Again, this goes beyond ignorance or 'goodwill'! This is blatant treason to the Church of Christ by consorting with the enemy!

From Gloria.tv

Bishop Gilberto Pastana de Oliveira, 61, of Crato, Brazil, delivered on March 14 a speech at the Masonic Lodge of Juazeiro do Norte.

De Oliveira said that the Church and Freemasonry can have fraternal relations since - according to him - most of the freemasons "are Christians".

Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger as the Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith issued in 1983 a Declaration on Masonic Associations stating that "the Church's negative judgement in regard to Masonic association remains unchanged since their principles have always been considered irreconcilable with the doctrine of the Church and therefore membership in them remains forbidden."

And, "The faithful who enrol in Masonic associations are in a state of grave sin and may not receive Holy Communion."

My comment: Of course, it may have something to do with the fact that the Synagogue of Satan just loves His Lordship's boss in Rome. Here's a snip from Veritas Vincit
A Jubilant Welcome Upon His Election by Freemasons Around the World
Pope Francis’ election sparked an almost jubilant outpouring of support and welcome from Freemasons around the world.  In fact, as reported by the Masonic Press Agency (www.masonicpressagency.blogspot.com), several Grand Lodges in Latin America, Europe and Asia simultaneously welcomed the election of the new Catholic Pope – unprecedented in the history of the Catholic Church.
The Italian Freemasons congratulated him immediately the day after his election. In fact, the Grand Master of the Grand Orient of Italy expressed his joy regarding the election of Pope Francis. On March 14, 2013, the day after the pope’s inauguration, with seemingly uncanny prophetic foresight, Italian Grandmaster of Freemasonry Gustavo Raffi said that “nothing will be as it was before”:

Comments are subject to deletion if they are not germane. I have no problem with a bit of colourful language, but blasphemy or depraved profanity will not be allowed. Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks! Note the lower case 'r'!), attacks on the legitimacy of Pope Francis as the Vicar of Christ (I know he's a material heretic and a Protector of Perverts, and I definitely want him gone yesterday! However, he is Pope, and I pray for him every day.), the legitimacy of the House of Windsor or of the claims of the Elder Line of the House of France, or attacks on the legitimacy of any of the currently ruling Houses of Europe.
