The entire woke agenda of gender insanity is being introduced. As Dr de Lauzun says, "The authorities are convinced that they are preaching the gospel and couldn't care less about the innocence of children."

The authorities are convinced that they are preaching the gospel and couldn't care less about the innocence of children.
A new curriculum on “emotional and relational life and sexuality” (EVARS) is about to be implemented in French schools, causing concern among parents and family associations. An appeal lodged with the Council of State has just been rejected, demonstrating the institutions’ contempt for a principle of paramount importance: that parents must remain the first and foremost educators of their children.
The project has been in the pipeline for several months. An initial version of this ‘innovative’ programme, which had already met with strong opposition, was drawn up in December 2024 under the government of Michel Barnier. The new version released is just as worrying. Numerous family and educational associations have voiced their objections to a programme that, on paper, aims to combat inequality between girls and boys and prevent sexual violence, but on closer inspection appears to be a promotion of gender ideology.
Eight associations and 300 parents have brought the issue before the Council of State, requesting that the programme be canceled and outlining their detailed objections. They argue that the programme disregards parents’ primary role in education and fails to protect students’ privacy, especially that of the youngest children. The associations are also concerned about the door being opened to activism in schools through organisations, often infiltrated by the LGBT lobby, that will be allowed to come and talk to children about sexuality.
Unsurprisingly, the Council of State dismissed these serious concerns on a highly sensitive subject—the protection of the innocence of children. The administrative body maintains that sex education topics are presented “in a neutral and objective manner, taking into account the state of scientific knowledge,” and therefore sees no cause for concern. But for the Syndicat de la famille (Family Union), one of the plaintiffs, this is not enough: how can one invoke “the state of scientific knowledge” when the programmes constantly refer to “gender identity,” a concept that has never been scientifically proven?
The association Juristes pour l’enfance (Lawyers for Children), also a complainant in the case, expressed alarm at the Council of State’s overly simplistic decision—both in substance and in form—which fails to address parents’ concerns in detail and instead offers only “sweeping generalisations.” At no point does the ruling refer specifically to the very terms of the programme, merely making vague references to “the documents in the file.”
750,000 children are affected by the implementation of this programme. In the absence of safeguards, French children will, from the start of the next school year and from a very young age, be introduced to the distinction between sex and gender, the topic of their parents’ sexual orientation, and the multiplicity of family models made possible by assisted reproduction for women and surrogacy for men.
For all this, the French Ministry of National Education will certainly receive no criticism from European institutions, but rather congratulations and encouragement: France is not Hungary.
