Revised (Post-Rescript) Edition of Fr. Rivoire's Canonical Critique of 'Traditionis Custodes' Now Available

Fr Rivoire is an esteemed canonist. In this revision of his earlier work, Does ‘Traditionis Custodes’ Pass the Juridical Rationality Test? he looks at the status after the diktat obtained by Cdl Roche.

Fr. Réginald-Marie Rivoire, F.S.V.F., an esteemed canon lawyer, wrote a masterful tract in 2022 entitled Does ‘Traditionis Custodes’ Pass the Juridical Rationality Test?. (Read about the original French version here.)

This tract was published prior to the Rescript obtained by Cardinal Roche from Pope Francis in February. In response, Fr. Rivoire has added ten new pages to his work, which are included in a revised edition of the booklet.
