This is a letter from an archbishop living at the time of the fall of Jerusalem to the Crusaders during the First Crusade. This is a letter he sent to the Bishop of Arras announcing with joy the conquest of Jerusalem by the Christians armies led by Godfrey of Bouillon and Raymond IV of Toulouse.
