Consecration Of Australia to the Immaculate Heart Of Mary.

Any readers in Australia, please sign the petition to the Bishops to Consecrate Australia to the Immaculate Heart!

A request to the Catholic Bishops of Australia
These are difficult and testing times for our nation and the world. Our Christian  faith here in Australia began with the rosary being said in front of the Eucharist during adoration in our early colony days.
Mary is the patroness of Australia and it is only natural that we should turn to her as our intercessor and mother of our nation under ‘Our Lady Help Of Christians.’ .
Recently, all the bishops of Poland collectively reconsecrated/ consecrated their country to the Immaculate Heart Of Mary, in 2017 and within a few months around two million people joined together with their priests and bishops walking  to their borders praying for Mary to protect Poland.
Other countries in the world have followed this initiative and now would be a good time for Australian Bishops to unite together in this effort for all of Australia, as ‘unity commands a blessing’ to consecrate our whole country, Australia, to the Immaculate Heart Of Mary.
Therefore, Rosary groups and Catholic laity around Australia respectively request that, on the 13th of October during the Global Rosary this year, (alternatively the 24th May next year or near this date)  that the  Australian Catholic Bishop’s would collectively reconsecrate/consecrate our country and it’s people to the Immaculate Heart Of Mary, as requested by Mary, at Fatima, in their own diocese or together as a group, under the title of ‘ Our Lady Help Of Christians’
Furthermore: We, the Catholic faithful, in Australia hereby express our desire to unite with our Bishops in imploring the Immaculate Heart of Mary to enfold this Great South Land of the Holy Spirit within your protective mantle, being  entrusted  hands of the blessed trinity.

Comments are subject to deletion if they are not germane. I have no problem with a bit of colourful language, but blasphemy or depraved profanity will not be allowed. Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks! Note the lower case 'r'!), attacks on the legitimacy of Pope Francis as the Vicar of Christ (I know he's a material heretic and a Protector of Perverts, and I definitely want him gone yesterday! However, he is Pope, and I pray for him every day.), the legitimacy of the House of Windsor or of the claims of the Elder Line of the House of France, or attacks on the legitimacy of any of the currently ruling Houses of Europe.
