According to the Apostolic Penitentiary, a partial indulgence is granted to those who, on the feast of any Saint, recite in his honour the oration of the Missal or any other approved by legitimate Authority.

All-loving God, Thou didst call Blessed Maria Vittoria to seek Thy kingdom in this world by serving Jesus Christ and His Blessed Mother. With her prayers to give us courage, help us to go forward with joyful hearts in the way of Thy love.
Through Jesus Christ, Thy Son our Lord, Who liveth and reigneth with Thee, in the unity of the Holy Ghost, God, world without end.

Nota bene ~ Bld Maria Vittoria is not celebrated on the Universal Calendar, but according to the Martyrology, today is her Feast Day. Since she is only a Blessed, I don't know if this Collect is indulgenced, but prayer never hurts. The Collect is taken from the Common of Holy Women.
