John XXIII gave us the Council. Paul VI gave us the New Mass. John Paul II gave us altar girls and Assisi. Benedict XVI freed the Latin Mass but gave us Francis. And Francis gave us hell. And guess what? We're still standing. We know how to do this.
For two thousand years, the Catholic Church has been seeming to die, only to come out of the tomb, and she'll come out of this one, too. We hope and pray for the best with Leo but just as it's been for so many years of revolution in the Church, it's up to us now to keep the faith until God saves His Church. In the meantime, it's our job to keep hope alive. Why? Watch and see.

Comments are subject to deletion if they are not germane. I have no problem with a bit of colourful language, but blasphemy or depraved profanity will not be allowed. Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks! Note the lower case 'r'!), attacks on the legitimacy of Pope Leo XIV as the Vicar of Christ, the legitimacy of the House of Windsor or of the claims of the Elder Line of the House of France, or attacks on the legitimacy of any of the currently ruling Houses of Europe.
