According to the Apostolic Penitentiary, a partial indulgence is granted to those who on the feast of any Saint recite in his honour the oration of the Missal or any other approved by legitimate Authority.

Hear, O Lord, we beseech thee, the prayers which we offer thee on this the solemn feast-day of thy blessed Confessor and bishop Basil, and, for the sake of him who so nobly served thee, forgive us our trespasses.

Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks!
