Milan Obrenović (Serbian Cyrillic: Милан Обреновић, romanised: Milan Obrenović; 22 August 1854 – 11 February 1901) reigned as the prince of Serbia from 1868 to 1882 and subsequently as king from 1882 to 1889. Milan I unexpectedly abdicated in favour of his son, Alexander I of Serbia, in 1889.
