Yesterday, the second Saturday in June, was the king’s official birthday and King Charles III travelled to Horse Guards Parade in St James’ Park for his birthday parade, better known as ‘Trooping the Colour.' In this video, I will explore the origins of this royal tradition and talk you through the colourful, military spectacle as it unfolds.
