On Father’s Day: We Thank All Our Priests Who Heroically Persevere in Offering the Traditional Latin Mass

And to those, now gone to their reward, who persevered during the "catacomb" times, keeping the Usus Antiquior alive for us.

From Rorate Cæli

Many priests, our spiritual fathers in Christ, both those unknown to us as well as the large and growing number we see faithfully on Sundays in our churches and chapels, continue to persevere heroically in offering the traditional Latin Mass. This despite sustained and incomprehensible persecution on the part of those we should in justice be able always to look to as providential and loving spiritual fathers, our bishops. Thanks to these men we still worship according to the faith of our fathers.

To these heroic and exemplary priests we wish a blessed and grace-filled Father's Day. Please know of our love, our admiration, our gratitude, our prayers and our sustained support.

Ad multos annos!
