The "religion of pieces" has been at war with Christendom (and its remains) since AD 623, when they first attacked Christian territory.

The suicide bombing has received limited attention in the Western press and may soon be “swept under the carpet.”
An Islamic terrorist opened fire with a weapon at a busy Greek Orthodox Church in Damascus during service on Sunday, before another detonated a suicide bomb, killing more than 20 people and injuring dozens of others.
Syrian officials said the attackers were affiliated with the jihadist Islamic State group. As of Monday afternoon, reports put the number of dead at around 22 to 25. (Others say there was only one attacker.) They have also described this as the first such attack since the ousting of Bashar al-Assad in December, although europeanconservative.com has previously noted that Islamist fighters have been involved in the massacre of thousands of Syrian Christians and Alawites in recent months.
Hundreds of Christians were at the Saint Elias church at the time of the attack. Some reportedly “tried to stop” the suicide bomber “before he blew himself up.”
Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar said he was “horrified by the cowardly terrorist attack.” The European Union also condemned this “heinous and cowardly violence against Christians,” describing it as “a grave reminder of the need to intensify efforts against the terrorist threat and to ensure the enduring defeat of Daesh [or IS] and other terrorist organisations.”
However, other events in the Middle East have overshadowed this horrific attack, which as a result has received fairly limited attention in the Western press.
European officials last week (unsuccessfully) urged Donald Trump not to approve U.S. strikes on Iran, saying this could trigger terror attacks by sleeper cells across the continent—hardly a ringing endorsement of Europe’s open borders experiment.
Responding to events in Syria, British investigative journalist David Collier said that “along with all the other massacres of Christians, this will quickly be swept under the carpet by media in the West.”
