European Day of Remembrance for Victims of Stalinism and Nazism
Today is Black Ribbon Day and the 37th anniversary of the Baltic Way. Approximately two million people joined hands to form a human chain spanning 419 miles across the three Baltic states of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
