Priests Are Quitting The Priesthood In Droves
You'd think that with a new, charismatic pope who appears Catholic in his external behaviour that this would turn around. But unfortunately, this is the Francis effect, and it will continue long enough that it will become the Leo effect unless radical changes are made to how vocations are treated and how men are recruited for seminary.
