Restoration of the Hierarchy: 175 years of the Diocese of Westminster
Vincent, Cardinal Nichols speaks about Nicholas, Cardinal Wiseman's mitre, housed at Westminster Cathedral, on the occasion of the 175th Anniversary of the Diocese of Westminster and the restoration of the Catholic hierarchy in England and Wales. He also offers some personal reflections on the role of a bishop and how the relationship between church and state has evolved.
