I've often used "FrancisBishops" to refer to the haters of Tradition appointed by Francis. Is it time to start calling Leo's picks as "LeoBishops"?
From Rorate Cæli
Bishop Daniel Garcia was named by Leo XIV for the huge diocese of the Texan capital, Austin, in July -- transferred from Monterey, California, to which he had been named by Francis in 2018.
As a parting gift to the faithful of Monterey, he decided to kill the 17-year-old Traditional Latin Mass in the diocese. Could something be more petty, more pathetic, and more ridiculous?
The last Mass will be on October 13. Here's hoping they get a more compassionate bishop in his place. Meanwhile, Austin Catholics (whose old TLM at the Cathedral had already been axed): prepare yourselves, this promises to be an inauspicious time.

Comments are subject to deletion if they are not germane. I have no problem with a bit of colourful language, but blasphemy or depraved profanity will not be allowed. Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks! Note the lower case 'r'!), attacks on the legitimacy of Pope Leo XIV as the Vicar of Christ, the legitimacy of the House of Windsor or of the claims of the Elder Line of the House of France, or attacks on the legitimacy of any of the currently ruling Houses of Europe.
