These so-called "anti-Fascists" are the direct descendants of Hitler's Brown Shirts, the Sturmabteilung. They are thugs, pure and simple.

Establishment media stays silent while leftist MP signal tacit support for assault.
On Saturday, August 2nd, Erik Tegnér, editor-in-chief of the conservative investigative magazine Frontières, was violently attacked by far-left activists while on holiday with his family in a small village in Brittany.
While on holiday with his fiancée’s family in Plouha, a small town in Brittany, and attending the village festival with her, the journalist was recognised and targeted by a dozen young left-wing activists—or, as they like to call themselves, ‘anti-fascists.’ He and his fiancée were subjected to insults, threats, and violent shoving, he explained in a video post on X. “They called us Nazis. They said, ‘We recognise you. You’re a fascist; you have no business here,’” said Erik Tegnér, who was also “grabbed by the neck” by one of the attackers. The Antifa members also attacked the young woman who was with him: “They said to my fiancée, ‘We know where you live. We’re going to chase you out of here,’” Tegnér said.
The journalist had to go and ask for help from police officers who were a few hundred metres away to calm the situation, which could have escalated.
In his post, Tegnér took issue with the mayor of Plouha, a member of the Communist Party. “What is Mayor Xavier Compain doing, who paid for this concert with our taxes? The organisation of municipal events should allow everyone to participate without being attacked, shouldn’t it?”
The attack comes as his media outlet, Frontières, launches a new radio project. Tegnér has received support from a multitude of figures on the French Right, proof of his ability to bring people together through his high-quality work, regardless of party labels. Members of parliament from the Rassemblement National (RN) and the Union of the Rights for the Republic (UDR), supporters of Éric Zemmour, collaborators of Marion Maréchal, and journalists from the French conservative sphere have expressed their sympathy and encouragement for him to continue the fight he has been waging with determination for several years, regardless of the increasing number of blows and attacks.
Apart from the Journal du Dimanche, owned by Vincent Bolloré, no national media outlet reported on the attack on Tegnér, demonstrating their highly selective view of press freedom and protection of journalists. This is not the first time that such silence has been observed on the part of the media. In the past few weeks, right-wing journalists working for Boulevard Voltaire and Frontières were violently attacked without any reaction from the mainstream press. Frontières journalists have even been assaulted inside the National Assembly by MPs and parliamentary staff from La France Insoumise (LFI).
On the Left, MPs from LFI commented on the attack on Erik Tegnér in terms that suggest they approve of the violence against the journalist. Thomas Portes, LFI MP for Seine-Saint-Denis, said on X: “Brittany will always be anti-fascist.” MP Raphaël Arnault, founder of the anti-fascist group La Jeune Garde, which has since been dissolved by order of the government and who is placed on the security watch list, also commented in broken French on the attack on Tegnér, explaining that he had been “thrown out by a whole village” and that “fascists are not welcome somewhere.” Erik Tegnér responded by recalling some stark figures from the last elections:
“They didn’t kick me out, I stayed, and I’m going back on Thursday. It’s my home. Manon Aubry (LFI) got 6% in the village, Bardella (RN) 27%. As usual, it’s a violent ultra-minority that thinks it can lay down the law. Thank you for signing your little friends’ deed.”
