One would think that such a "devout Catholic" as Biden would know that the Church bans membership in the Lodge and forbids its members from receiving Holy Communion.

One would think that a Catholic would never again need to hear or think about former president Joe Biden after the end of his term this past Monday.
Alas, one would be wrong. The first news we have from self-described “devout” Catholic Biden in his post-presidency is his newfound membership of the Freemasonry.
As announced by a Philadelphia lodge now, based in a ceremony held on the eve of his departure, Joe Biden is a now a full member: link with full text.
Is this a matter for congratulations?… Well, at least we can say he has at last found a society where his character truly fits.
