Francis's new autobiography was released earlier today. As usual, he shows himself completely out of touch, with his rants against Tradition and those who persist in believing it.
From Rorate Cæli
It is always hilarious to read another tirade of Francis against the Traditional Latin Mass, traditionalists in general, and especially young people who love Tradition -- because, as usual, it is HE who sounds old and out of tune.
Like those pre-demential elderly who keep saying the same things ("In my days, things were better," or, "you people are just lazy," or, "nobody understood what the priest said"), his arguments are the same, and he repeats them in his new autobiography "Hope", released today by Random House:

He goes on by telling his biographer of the story of an American Cardinal (Cupich or McElroy, for sure) who, when asked by two priests to "allow" them to celebrate the Latin Mass, told them to learn Vietnamese of Spanish instead (cf. below), because it would be more "useful"... Which is absolutely idiotic, when one remembers that the glorious age of Catholicism in America was the one in which great men and women (from Bishop Neumann to Mother Cabrini) served the immigrants while extolling and preserving the great Latin Mass that brought together the faithful from all over the world!
Wow, how can young people not be attracted to the same complaints over, and over, and over, and over, and over again? Maybe they are tired of old people who burn through their inheritance? The inheritance which is their birthright.
How would anyone pay one penny for the endless self-righteous bile spoken by the man?...

Comments are subject to deletion if they are not germane. I have no problem with a bit of colourful language, but blasphemy or depraved profanity will not be allowed. Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks! Note the lower case 'r'!), attacks on the legitimacy of Pope Francis as the Vicar of Christ (I know he's a material heretic and a Protector of Perverts, and I definitely want him gone yesterday! However, he is Pope, and I pray for him every day.), the legitimacy of the House of Windsor or of the claims of the Elder Line of the House of France, or attacks on the legitimacy of any of the currently ruling Houses of Europe.
