Throughout the Mediterranean, into Europe and the British Isles, and from the expanse of the Byzantine Empire, the period from roughly 300 CE to about 1500 CE brought plenty of beauty and wisdom to the world.

Were the Dark Ages Really That Dark?
A couple of goofy statements, but, all in all, pretty solid.
