The Life Of Louis XVI - Part 1 - Before The Revolution


This video is about the early years of Louis XVI of France (Versailles, August 23, 1754 - Paris, January 21, 1793), who reigned as King of France and Navarre from 1774 to 1791 and then as King of the French from 1791 to 1792. The outbreak of the French Revolution lead Louis to impeachment, imprisonment and execution by guillotine on January 21, 1793. He is the only king of France to be executed.
