Staying Up All Night

I sincerely hope the King outlives me! Not that I'm in any hurry to shuffle off this mortal coil, but I stayed up all night last night to watch the Coronation live. I'm completely knackered!

stayed up all night to watch him get married for the first time, but I was only 34. It was a breeze. I did the same when the Duke of Cambridge, now the Prince of Wales, got married. By then, I was 64. It wasn't a breeze, but it wasn't that difficult.

Now, I'm 75, and stayed up all night to watch his late mother's funeral and again last night for his Coronation.

I don't think I can handle another major Royal occasion. I'm sure I'll have passed by the time Prince George gets married (he's only nine) and I wouldn't make the effort for lesser Royals like Lady Louise or the Earl of Wessex.

Therefore, the only thing that would make me do it again is the King's funeral and the ensuing Coronation, but if he outlives me, I'm safe! He should do it, tho'. He's year younger than me and has led a much healthier life than I have.

So, GOD SAVE THE KING!!!

Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks! Note the lower case 'r'!), attacks on the legitimacy of Pope Francis as the Vicar of Christ (I know he's a material heretic and a Protector of Perverts, and I definitely want him gone yesterday! However, he is Pope, and I pray for him every day.), the legitimacy of the House of Windsor or of the claims of the Elder Line of the House of France, or attacks on the legitimacy of any of the currently ruling Houses of Europe.
