They Tried to Suppress This Catholic Church. It Just Exploded

From Totus Catholica

160,000 adults entered the Catholic Church this year. Easter 2026 broke records, and 66 out of 71 reporting dioceses saw increases. Oklahoma City was up 57%. Newark welcomed over 1,700 converts in a single season. That is real growth, and Catholic media should be celebrating it. But for every one person who enters the Catholic Church in the United States, 8.4 people leave. In 2007, 24% of American adults identified as Catholic. Today, that number is 19%. There are now 43 million former Catholics in America. The bucket is filling, but the hole in the bottom is larger than the tap. Comments are subject to deletion if they are not germane. I have no problem with a bit of colourful language, but blasphemy or depraved profanity will not be allowed. Attacks on the Catholic Faith will not be tolerated. Comments will be deleted that are republican (Yanks! Note the lower case 'r'!), attacks on the legitimacy of Pope Leo XIV as the Vicar of Christ, the legitimacy of the House of Windsor or of the claims of the Elder Line of the House of France, or attacks on the legitimacy of any of the currently ruling Houses of Europe.
